I think it's generally agreed that the facility needed to be closed, but no body has any good ideas about what to do with the prisoners that were housed there.
Shipping them back to their home countries does little good (a former detainee was implicated in a bombing in the middle east recently.) Any ideas?

The military has no problem losing millions of dollars if it has a mind to. Why not "lose" a couple of hundred prisoners?
